Unlike other stores we never shut, if we are awake, we will reply to your email. Infact, we often shock customers when we reply at 2am or 5am to an email 😅
Shipping
How long does it take to deliver my order?
We package orders every day from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped the same day. On Saturdays, orders placed before 9 AM will be shipped that day. While we package orders on Sundays, please note that Royal Mail does not collect packages until Monday at 4 PM, so tracking numbers may be provided earlier, but your parcel will not begin transit until then. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen.
What shipping options do you offer for the UK?
We offer the following shipping options for UK customers:
Tracked 48: Delivery within 3-5 days.
Tracked 24: Delivery within 1-3 days.
For those needing faster delivery, we also offer Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 PM at an additional cost of approximately £9.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package and the destination country. During checkout, you’ll see accurate shipping costs based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders can be tracked using Royal Mail’s tracking system. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.

For beginners, we recommend a 3x3 stickerless cube with magnets, priced around £15. This cube provides excellent performance and is perfect for those new to cubing.

What size cube should I choose?
Most cubers prefer standard sizes:

Are your cubes pre-lubed?
Yes, most cubes are pre-lubed at the factory. However, for optimal performance, we recommend using our KewbzUK lubes, specially designed to enhance your cube’s speed and smoothness.
Do you sell replacement parts for cubes?
Yes, we do! Replacement parts start at £1.50 per piece. Please email us at support@kewbz.co.uk with your requirements, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy for faulty products?
If a piece of your cube is broken, we will replace it free of charge within 14 days of delivery. We do not replace entire cubes, but you can return the cube for a refund, provided you cover the shipping cost.
Can I return a cube if I don’t like it?
Yes, you can return a cube if you’re unsatisfied, provided:
- The original box is included.
- Nothing is broken, missing, or torn.
- All accessories are returned with the cube.
- The cube is fully solved.
