Warranty
We pride ourselves on our customer service here at KewbzUK. That's why we will cover any broken piece from the day of delivery up until 14-days after delivery. That includes internals, broken corner stalks, broken pieces and broken cores. Please Note: In the event a piece does break or your cube pops, we will cover the piece and not the whole cube.
What to do if your cube pops
There are 2 types of 'pops' in cubing:
- Pops - A single piece (or a few pieces) fall out of the cube.
- Explosions - the whole cube falls apart and you're left with a pile of pieces.
If you're cube has exploded and you're left with a pile of pieces we have a full blog with rebuild videos for you to start/stop/pause/rewind as you so need. These can be accessed here.
If your cube has popped and a single piece or a few pieces have come out, just drop us an email from the contact form on the website and we will be more than happy to take a video and help you get your cube back together again.

Received the Z Cube set as pictured. Great cards, credit card size in stiff plastic.
Very handy and almost 5 stars, however, have discovered the A perm algs are incorrect, or at least the starting position pictures; need to rotate the cube anticlockwise before starting. Shame, as now wondering if there are other errors. Can only give 3 stars as there really shouldn't be any mistakes!
